Steve brings years of experience in leadership development and equine-assisted learning to every GreyHorse program. With a deep understanding of human behavior and team dynamics, he uses horses as living mirrors to help leaders see themselves as others see them.

JANET BROCK
LEAD INSTRUCTOR & EQUINE SPECIALIST
Janet brings a deep connection with horses and extensive equine knowledge to Greyhorse programs. She demonstrates the advanced groundwork principles, riding techniques, and hands-on exercises that help participants understand leadership in action.

Her work bridges the gap between human leadership and equine behavior, providing leaders with a safe space to practice, observe, and reflect.
