FOLLOW UP COACHING AT YOUR OFFICE
After completing a workshop at the farm, a GreyHorse Leadership Coach can travel to your office for a follow-up session designed to bring everything full circle. During this on-site coaching day, Steve observes your team in their natural environment—how communication flows, how decisions are made, and how leadership shows up in real time. He’ll identify strengths, blind spots, and opportunities for growth, then coach directly with the leader(s) or with the entire team to reinforce the leadership principles. This session helps ensure what you learned with the horses translates into daily habits, stronger relationships, and better outcomes across your organization.
